Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruiting instructors from India.
  • Assisting our instructors in India.
  • Manage emails, calendars, and appointments.
  • Assisting with data entry and maintaining digital records.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare minutes as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience is helpful but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working remotely.
